2018 CWMALLS COMMODITY’s Third Shareholders Meeting of Its Sixth Session

Warmly celebrate CWMALLS (CHINA) COMMODITY LIMITED held 2018 Third Shareholders Meeting of Its Sixth Session successfully; the list of present shareholders and some senior executives of Asia Pacific region is as follows:
Water (Siyuan Chang) shareholder: CEO (Chief Executive Officer): in charge of the globalized operation, promotion, management and other tasks of CWMALLS COMMODITY and drawing up plans, setting targets.
Momo (Mingcheng Mo) shareholder: CTO (Chief Technology Officer): in charge of the technical service, upgrade, optimization and other tasks of WWW.CWMALLS.COM.
Frank (Jian Feng) shareholder: CSO (Chief Service Officer): in charge of the global pre-sale and after-sales services of CWMALLS COMMODITY, and carrying out cooperation with local public relation and media.
Daisy (Guohui Xu) shareholder: CPO (Chief Product Officer): in charge of the global procurement and screening of CWMALLS COMMODITY, and dedicated to proprietary, greenization and technicalization.
Lydia (Xiaoqin Fu) attendance: Director of Global New Business: in charge of the global online and offline publicity, promotion, cooperation matters.
May (Fan Yu) attendance: CEO Assistant: in charge of the disposal, solving, precaution of sudden problems, and supervising operating dynamic.
Ivy (Yating Fang) attendance: HR Director: in charge of the global recruitment, training and assessment, and coordinating, unifying management.

The topics of the meeting are as follows:
(1) Summarizing the overall situation of 2017 roundly, summarizing in technology, product, promotion, management, brand, patent and other aspects, and raising questions, parsing problems to make preparations for the all-round upgrade of 2018.
(2) Free discussion, bringing up corresponding opinions and suggestions to prominent problems and hot issues, and putting it into practice.
(3) Clearing responsible system, carrying out our duties and doing our own job well, making a specific statement to standard, efficiency, assessment, appointment and dismissal, and executing in fact.
(4) Annual work plan and target of 2018: the construction and consolidation of three operating centers (Asia Pacific Operating Center, North American Operating Center, European Operating Center); the operation and upgrade of three networked centers (CWMALLS Global Patent Review Committee, CWMALLS Global Networked Lab, CWMALLS Global Networked Factory); the exploitation and cooperation of three markets (Pan Asia- Oceania, Pan Europe, Pan North America); the development and promotion of three products (patented product, network product, technological innovative product); the most important thing is to increase the localized, precise promotion and increase the exposure rate, the flow and conversion rate to achieve the GMV of 10 million dollars in 2018; the all-sided blossom of “CWMALLS” brand and the cooperation with professional third party platforms (agency, wholesale, celebrities, web celebrities, platforms, etc.); increasing the recruitment, training, management reserve of global talent team; expanding global channels for professional financing, etc.
(5) Shareholding structure and quit, entry standards and requests: the total share of CWMALLS COMMODITY in 2018 is 60 million shares, one dollar per share; MWE FUND holds 50 million shares, Water (Siyuan Chang) holds 6 million shares, Momo (Mingcheng Mo) holds 1 million shares, Frank (Jian Feng) holds 1 million shares, Daisy (Guohui Xu) holds 1 million shares, the rest of 1 million shares will be rewarded to future management staffs or staffs with special contribution; no matter how the equity changes (financing, expanding share capital, merger and acquisition, etc.), it must be decided by board resolution; if there are other questions, please add a note!
